Welcome to ReachPro.io. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). This Agreement is a binding contract between you (“Customer”) and ReachPro.io (“Company”). By using our services, you confirm your acceptance of all terms and conditions herein.

Additional terms may apply to specific promotions, campaigns, or content on our website. ReachPro.io reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Customers are bound to the updated Terms once changes are published.

Use of Services

ReachPro.io provides digital marketing services across platforms, including Spotify, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and SoundCloud (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing Services, you confirm that:

1. You have full authority to make the purchase.

2. You have access and rights to the social media or streaming accounts linked to the Services.

3. You will not use our Services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

Any fraudulent payment attempts, including chargebacks or unauthorized transactions, may result in legal action. The Company may request identity verification for payments deemed suspicious (e.g., high-value orders, multiple failed attempts, international payments).

All sales are final unless a refund is granted under our Refund Policy (see below).

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services:

• Refunds are only provided if a campaign fails to start within 7 days. Contact support@reachpro.io for assistance.

• Refunds are not issued for completed campaigns or based on subjective expectations.

• In case of fraudulent payments or chargebacks, all services may be reversed and legal steps may be taken.

Our goal is to deliver campaigns safely, reliably, and within the estimated reach we provide.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, videos, or code (the “Intellectual Property”), is owned by ReachPro.io or third parties who granted permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without authorization.

Limitation of Liability

ReachPro.io is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. All campaigns are delivered at your own risk, following our best practices and industry standards.

Conduct

You agree to use our website and Services only for lawful purposes. You will not attempt to compromise, alter, or interfere with the Services or any third-party platform while campaigns are running.

Spotify  Platform Disclaimer

Our Spotify campaigns  are executed using safe, gradual, and organic growth methods. While we focus on real users and verified reach:

• Rare occurrences (<3% of cases) may result in strikes, warnings, or temporary removal of content due to the distributor’s automated systems.

• Such issues do not reflect fake engagement.

• In the unlikely event of a removal, ReachPro.io will assist you in restoring your release with the original play count.

We are not affiliated with Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Soundcloud, or other platforms. All trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners.

Refill & Over-Delivery

• Campaigns may include additional reach or engagement beyond the original estimate as a buffer.

• We provide a refill warranty if engagement drops below the original starting amount, except when losses are covered by over-delivery buffers.

Refund Exceptions

• No refunds are issued for content removals caused by platforms, distributor policies, or other external factors.

• ReachPro.io commits to assisting in content recovery, but cannot guarantee prevention of platform actions.

Termination

ReachPro.io may terminate campaigns or suspend accounts at its discretion if fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations occur. Termination does not automatically qualify for refunds unless explicitly covered under our Refund Policy.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete terms between the Customer and ReachPro.io. Any prior agreements or discussions are superseded by this document.
